The department of Mechanical Engineering offers three year diploma course with sanctioned intake of 60 students per year under State Board of Technical Education, Haryana. This diploma like other diplomas in the Institute is based on semester system. The motto of the department is to impart Education, transfer of technology and train the students to develop an overall aptitude towards society & industry.
Course Objectives
The diploma will provide basic knowledge and skill in design and drawing the machinery parts, basic knowledge of material and metallurgy. It helps the students to enhance their knowledge and skill to arrange Industrial Operations such as Production, Planning and Control.
